Ingredients- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar 175 mL
- 1/2 cup FRENCH'S® Dijon Mustard 125 mL
- 1/3 cup cider vinegar 75 mL
- 1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce 75 mL
- 8 MAPLE LEAF Prime Naturally*? Boneless,
- Skinless Chicken Breasts (approx. 2 lb. / 1 kg)
- 2 sweet onions (Vidalia or Spanish), sliced
- 2 red peppers, cored and sliced
Preparation- Combine brown sugar, mustard, vinegar and Worcestershire sauce.
- Place chicken and vegetables in large dish. Pour 1 cup (250 mL) sauce over top, cover and place in refrigerator for 30 minutes to marinate.
- Heat remaining 1/2 cup (125 mL) sauce to boiling. Simmer 3 to 5 minutes until sauce thickens, stirring constantly; set aside. Drain and discard marinade from chicken and vegetables.
- Grill (or broil) chicken and vegetables over medium heat about 10 minutes, or until chicken is done. Serve with sauce.
