Poitrines de poulet désossées ::: Dijon Barbecue Chicken

Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar 175 mL
  • 1/2 cup FRENCH'S® Dijon Mustard 125 mL
  • 1/3 cup cider vinegar 75 mL
  • 1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce 75 mL
  • 8 MAPLE LEAF Prime Naturally*? Boneless,
  • Skinless Chicken Breasts (approx. 2 lb. / 1 kg)
  • 2 sweet onions (Vidalia or Spanish), sliced
  • 2 red peppers, cored and sliced
Preparation
  1. Combine brown sugar, mustard, vinegar and Worcestershire sauce.
  2. Place chicken and vegetables in large dish. Pour 1 cup (250 mL) sauce over top, cover and place in refrigerator for 30 minutes to marinate.
  3. Heat remaining 1/2 cup (125 mL) sauce to boiling. Simmer 3 to 5 minutes until sauce thickens, stirring constantly; set aside. Drain and discard marinade from chicken and vegetables.
  4. Grill (or broil) chicken and vegetables over medium heat about 10 minutes, or until chicken is done. Serve with sauce.
