Source : Hershey's
ingredients- 1/2 cup (125mL) creamy peanut butter
- 1/3 cup (75mL) corn syrup
- 1/4 cup (50mL) honey
- 1/3 cup (75mL) HERSHEY'S Cocoa
- 1/4 cup (50mL) packed brown sugar
- 3 cups (750mL) miniature marshmallows
- 3 1/2 cups (875mL) crisp rice cereal
- 1 cup (250mL) peanuts
- 1 (350g) pkg CHIPITS® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
Preparation- COMBINE: first 5 ingredients in large saucepan. Heat, stirring constantly until smooth. Reduce heat to low.
- Add marshmallows and heat, stirring until smoothly melted. Remove from heat. Stir in cereal and peanuts. Press firmly into greased 9
- MELT: Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips on low heat or in microwave, stirring until smooth. Spread evenly over bars. Cool for 30 minutes until chocolate is set. Cut into bars.
