Cheesy Football
  • 2 pkg. (250 g each) brick cream cheese, softened
  • 1 pkg. (200 g) old cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup Miracle Whip Original Spread
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • RITZ Crackers


Cheesy Football
  1. Beat cheeses and Miracle Whip with mixer until well blended.
  2. Add onions and pepper; mix well. Refrigerate 3 hours.
  3. Form into football shape; coat with nuts. Serve with crackers.

Recipe Tips Substitute
Substitute toasted chopped walnuts, slivered almonds, bacon bits or finely chopped fresh parsley for the pecans.
Special Extra
Garnish with pimiento strips or roasted red pepper strips for the football lacing.
