Ingredients
  • 1 1/4 cups (300 mL) Eagle Brand® Regular or Low Fat Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 2 cups (500 mL) thick plain yogurt
  • ¼ cup (50 mL) lemon juice (juice of 1 lemon)
  • 1 tbsp (15mL) zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) vanilla
  • 4 cups (1L) fruit (sliced strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 3 cups (375 mL) granola


Preparation
  1. Mix yogurt and condensed milk. Add lemon juice, zest and vanilla. Whip until mixture thickens.
  2. Place 1 cup (250mL) granola in bottom of an 8 cup (2L) bowl. Spoon 2 cups of yogurt mixture.
  3. Layer 2 cups (500mL) fruit, 1 cup (250mL) granola, remaining yogurt mixture, fruit and granola.

Prep Time: 15 minutes
Serving: 8 servings

*You can make the filling a day ahead but assemble just before using as the granola will lose its crunch. Get the kids involved by helping you layer up the trifle. You can also make this into individual servings. Layer as above in individual bowls.
