Bagatelle et Panna cotta ::: Breakfast Trifle

Ingredients
  • 1 1/4 cups (300 mL) Eagle Brand® Regular or Low Fat Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 2 cups (500 mL) thick plain yogurt
  • ¼ cup (50 mL) lemon juice (juice of 1 lemon)
  • 1 tbsp (15mL) zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) vanilla
  • 4 cups (1L) fruit (sliced strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 3 cups (375 mL) granola
Preparation
  1. Mix yogurt and condensed milk. Add lemon juice, zest and vanilla. Whip until mixture thickens.
  2. Place 1 cup (250mL) granola in bottom of an 8 cup (2L) bowl. Spoon 2 cups of yogurt mixture.
  3. Layer 2 cups (500mL) fruit, 1 cup (250mL) granola, remaining yogurt mixture, fruit and granola.
