Poitrines de poulet désossées ::: Grilled Chicken with Orange Ginger Glaze

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup prepared OLD SOUTH® Frozen Orange Juice 125 mL
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste 30 mL
  • 1 tsp grated fresh ginger (or 1/2 tsp/2 mL ground) 5 mL
  • 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts 6
Preparation
  1. Whisk together orange juice, tomato paste and ginger in small bowl.
  2. Pre-heat barbecue or table top grill to medium-low heat. Cook chicken for about 5 minutes on each side. Baste top generously with sauce. Turn and grill, basting generously with remaining sauce until chicken is cooked through.
