Côtelettes ::: Pork Chop with Pomegranate Glaze Dinner

  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 boneless pork loin chop, cut about 1 inch thick (5 oz.)
  • 2 teaspoons green onions, chopped
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate juice
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  1. Grill or bake pork chops. To bake pork chops, preheat oven to 350°F and cook for about 1 hour or until pork chops are tender and no longer pink.
  2. Serve hot.
