Ingrédients
  • 2 cans Aylmer Consommé
  • 1 can Water
  • 4 pounds Spare Ribs
Marinade
  • 1/2 cup Chili Sauce
  • 1/3 cup White Vinegar
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • 2 tablespoons Soya Sauce
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Apricot Jam
Préparation
  1. Boil ribs in the Aylmer Beef Consommé & water about 45 minutes.Remove from heat and strained Deposit on a cooking pan.
  2. Cook in oven 350F for 1 hour or on Bar B Q until golden.
Marinade
  1. Marinade: Mix all ingredients and let the meat in marinade at least for 2 hours.
