Noix de coco ::: Coconut and cocoa macaroon

Ingredients 1
  • 1 1/2 cups (355 ml) of sugar
  • 5 tablespoons (75 ml) of cocoa
  • 1/2 cup (118 ml) of milk
  • 1/2 cup (118 ml) of fat
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) of vanilla
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1.2 ml) of salt
Ingredients 2
  • 1 cup (237 ml) of coconut
  • 3 cups (710 ml) of oatmeal
Preparation 1
  1. Mix all ingrédients of preperation 1 in a pot, bring to a boil for a period of about 2 minutes, until everything is melted.
Preparation 2
  1. Add coconut and oatmeal to preparation 1, mix until dry ingredients are moistened.
  2. Put parchment paper on a baking plate and place the mixture in small bites or according to your choice.
  3. Place in freezer for a period of one hour.
