Hamburgers pimentés au fromage

Ingredients
  • 1 lb. (500 g) ground beef
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped red onions
  • 4 hamburger buns, split
  • 1/2 cup BULL'S-EYE BLAZIN' CHIPOTLE Barbecue Sauce, divided
  • 4 KRAFT DELI DELUXE Mild Cheddar Cheese Slices
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 1 tomato, cut into 4 slices


Preparation
  1. PREHEAT greased barbecue to medium-high heat. Mix meat and onions; shape into four patties.
  2. GRILL patties 8 min. Turn patties; brush with 1/4 cup of the barbecue sauce. Grill 4 min. or until patties are cooked through (160°F). Brush cut sides of buns with remaining 1/4 cup barbecue sauce; place, cut-sides down, on barbecue. Grill 1 to 2 min. or until buns are lightly toasted. Top each patty with 1 cheese slice; grill an additional 1 min. or until cheese begins to melt.
  3. COVER bottom halves of buns with lettuce and tomatoes; top with cheeseburgers and tops of buns.

Serving Suggestion: Serve with a tossed green salad to round out the meal.
Jazz It Up: Mix 1/4 cup Kraft Mayo Real Mayonnaise with additional 2 Tbsp. barbecue sauce. Spoon evenly over cheeseburgers before covering with tops of buns.
