Poulet grillé aux agrumes, au miel et à la moutarde

Ingredients
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil 15 mL
  • 2 Tbsp MRS. DASH Original Blend 30 mL
  • 1 Tbsp Molly McButter Natural Butter
  • Flavor Sprinkles 15 mL
  • ½ cup orange juice 125 mL
  • ¼ cup FRENCH'S Dijon Mustard 50 mL
  • 2 Tbsp honey 30 mL
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (approx. 4 oz / 115 g each)


Preparation
  1. Combine oil, Mrs. Dash Original Blend, Molly McButter, orange juice, French's Dijon, and honey in large zippered plastic bag. Add chicken and seal. Marinate in refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  2. Remove chicken and discard bag with marinade. Grill chicken on medium high heat 4 to 5 minutes per side, or until juices run clear.
