Poulet au Romarin Grillé BBQ

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup LEA & PERINS Worcestershire Sauce 125 mL
  • 1/4 cup olive oil 50 mL
  • 1 tbsp dried rosemary, crushed 15 mL
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced 3
  • 4 MAPLE LEAF Prime Naturally? Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts (about 1 lb/500 g) 4


Preparation
  1. Place Worcestershire sauce, oil, rosemary and garlic in screw top jar and shake vigorously until well blended.
  2. Place chicken breasts in shallow dish or plastic bag and add marinade. Cover and refrigerate for 1-24 hours, turning occasionally in the marinade.
  3. Grill over medium-high heat 5-7 minutes per side, until juices run clear.
Comments

Serves 4.
Variation: Instead of rosemary, use dried oregano or thyme or a combination of herbs.
Prep Time: 8 minutes
Marinate Time: 1-24 hours
Cook Time: 10-14 minutes
