Ingredients- 125 ml (1/2 cup) honey
- 4 slices fresh ginger
- 2 star anises
- 1 lime (juice and zest)
- 500 ml (2 cups) fresh fruit of your choice (melon, grapes, bananas, berries, peaches, apricots, etc), cut in cubes
Directions- Combine fruit in a large salad bowl. Set aside. In a saucepan, mix honey and spices with the juice and zest of a lime. Cook for 5 minutes over medium-low heat. Let it cool down for a few minutes. Pour over fruit and serve with yogurt
