Ingredients- 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 roasted red pepper, minced
- 1 pouch Lipton Onion Recipe Soup Mix
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese 125 mL
- 9 oz cream cheese 250 g
- 1/2 cup sour cream 125 mL
- 4-6 pitted Kalamata olives
Preparation- Process all the ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Chill to blend flavours. Serve with flatbread, pita, cut vegetables or chips.
