Brownies Pâles aux Trois Saveurs Succulentes

Ingredients: BROWNIES
  • 2 cups (500 mL) packed light brown sugar
  • 1 cup (250 mL) butter or margarine, melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons (10 mL) vanilla extract
  • 2 cups (500 mL) all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon (5 mL) salt
  • 2/3 cup (of each) (150 mL) CHIPITS Semi Sweet Baking Chips, CHIPITS REESE® Peanut Butter Baking Chips, and CHIPITS White Chocolate Baking Chips
CHOCOLATE CHIP DRIZZLE
  • 1/4 cup (50 mL) CHIPITS Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1 mL) shortening


Preparation
  1. Heat oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease 15-1/2x10-1/2x1-inch jelly-roll pan.
  2. Stir together brown sugar and butter in large bowl; beat in eggs and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Add flour and salt, beating just until blended; stir in CHIPITS Semi-Sweet chips, CHIPITS REESE® peanut butter and CHIPITS white chips. Spread batter into prepared pan.
  4. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely; cut into bars. With tines of fork, drizzle CHOCOLATE CHIP DRIZZLE randomly over bars.
CHOCOLATE CHIP DRIZZLE
  1. Place CHIPITS Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips and shortening in small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave until chips are melted and mixture is smooth.
