Biscuits croquants au chocolat et guimauve

Ingredients
  • 1 (350g) pkg CHIPITS® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1 can (300mL) regular or low fat condensed milk
  • 1 cup (250mL) dry roasted peanuts
  • 1 (225g) pkg CHIPITS® SKOR®* Toffee Bits
  • 1 tsp (5mL) vanilla
  • 2 cups (500mL) miniature marshmallows


Preparation
  1. MELT chocolate chips and condensed milk over low heat, stirring often until smooth. Remove from heat.
  2. Stir in peanuts, toffee bits, and vanilla. Mix well. Stir in marshmallows.
  3. DROP mixture by tablespoonfuls onto baking sheets lined with wax paper.
  4. Chill until firm, about 15 minutes. Store in airtight container at room temperature for up to one week
