Ingredients- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, sliced
- 1/2 cup plus 2 Tbsp. KRAFT CALORIE-WISE Italian Dressing, divided
- 2 cups frozen stir-fry vegetables
- 1 tsp. lite soy sauce
Preparation- COOK chicken in 2 Tbsp. of the dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium heat 5 min.
- ADD vegetables, remaining 1/2 cup dressing and the soy sauce. Cook and stir until vegetables are crisp-tender. SERVE over hot cooked rice, if desired.

Comments This was Quick and easy but good
Comments quick and easy but dressing coupled with the soya sauce made this an extremely salty dish. I would omit soya sauce and use only 1/2 the dressing, 1/2 water next time.
