Source : Saputo
Ingredients- 200 g Bocconcini
- 60 mL Olive oil
- 7 mL Fresh oregano, thinly chopped
- 3 Fresh tomatoes
- To taste Salt and fresh ground pepper
Preparation- Slice Bocconcini and tomatoes. Alternate slices of Bocconcini and tomatoes on serving plate. Pour olive oil. Sprinkle with oregano, salt and pepper
