Bocconcini à l'italienne

Ingredients
  • 200 g Bocconcini
  • 60 mL Olive oil
  • 7 mL Fresh oregano, thinly chopped
  • 3 Fresh tomatoes
  • To taste Salt and fresh ground pepper


Preparation
  1. Slice Bocconcini and tomatoes. Alternate slices of Bocconcini and tomatoes on serving plate. Pour olive oil. Sprinkle with oregano, salt and pepper
