Biscuits à l'arachide et aux grains de chocolat

Ingredients
  • 1pkg (300 g) CHIPITS® REESE® Peanut Butter Chips
  • 1 cup (250mL) soft butter
  • 1 1/4 cups (300mL) granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp (5mL) vanilla
  • 2 1/2 cups (625mL) all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp (5mL) baking powder
  • 1 tsp (5mL) baking soda
  • 3/4 tsp (4mL) salt
  • 1 1/2 cups (375mL) CHIPITS® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips and/or REESE® Peanut Butter Chips


Directions
  1. Microwave peanut butter chips in medium bowl, on MEDIUM until just beginning to lose their shape. Stir until smooth; set aside.
  2. In large bowl with electric mixer, cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla. In medium bowl, mix together flour, baking powder and soda and salt; mix into egg mixture. Stir in chocolate chips. Fold in melted peanut butter chips to mix just slightly. Spoon about tablespoonful of batter onto greased baking sheet.
  3. Bake in 375°F (190°C) oven 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on rack; store in covered container.
