ingredients- 1-1/2 cups (375 mL) graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup divided (125 mL) HERSHEY'S Cocoa
- 1/4 cup (50 mL) sugar
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) butter or margarine, melted
- 1 can (300 mL) sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
- 1/4 cup (50 mL) all purpose flour
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon (5 mL) vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon (2 mL) baking powder
- 3/4 cup (175 mL) chopped nuts
- 2 cups (500 mL) CHIPITS Semi Sweet Baking Chips
Preparation- Heat oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Stir together graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup cocoa and sugar in medium bowl; stir in butter, blending well. Press mixture firmly on bottom of ungreased 13x9-inch (33 x 23 cm) baking pan.
- Beat sweetened condensed milk, flour, egg, vanilla, baking powder and remaining cocoa in small bowl. Stir in nuts. Spread evenly over prepared crust. Sprinkle CHIPITS Semi Sweet chips over top.
- Bake 25 minutes or until set. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Cut into bars. Store tightly covered at room temperature.
