Poulet parmigiana

Ingredients
  • 8 cooked chicken breast cutlets
  • 1 cup prepared spaghetti sauce 250 mL
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 250 mL


Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 400ºF (200C). Grease 9" x 13" (23cm x 33cm) pan.
  2. Place cooked chicken cutlets in prepared pan. Top each chicken cutlet with 2 tbsp (30mL) spaghetti sauce. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake in preheated oven until chicken is hot and cheese is melted, about 10 minutes.
