Médaillons aux fines herbes et aux épices

ingredient
  • 45 mL (3 tablespoons) dried parsley
  • 10 mL (2 teaspoons) paprika
  • 10 mL (2 teaspoons) garlic powder
  • 5 mL (1 teaspoon) black pepper
  • 4 beef medallions for grilling (top sirloin)


Preparation
  1. Mix all ingredients except beef in a large re-sealable freezer bag. Prick medallions with fork in several places and add to bag. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
  2. Grill on the barbecue over medium-high heat for 6 to 7 minutes per side for perfectly tender meat. Serve beef medallions with vegetables grilled in a foil packet.
