ingredient- 45 mL (3 tablespoons) dried parsley
- 10 mL (2 teaspoons) paprika
- 10 mL (2 teaspoons) garlic powder
- 5 mL (1 teaspoon) black pepper
- 4 beef medallions for grilling (top sirloin)
Preparation- Mix all ingredients except beef in a large re-sealable freezer bag. Prick medallions with fork in several places and add to bag. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
- Grill on the barbecue over medium-high heat for 6 to 7 minutes per side for perfectly tender meat. Serve beef medallions with vegetables grilled in a foil packet.
