Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil 30 mL
  • 4 MAPLE LEAF Prime Naturally*? Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts, chopped 4
  • 1 medium onion, chopped 1
  • 4 tsp PATAK'S Mild Curry Paste 20 mL
  • 6 tbsp water 90 mL
  • 1 cup canned diced tomatoes 237 mL
  • 1 tbsp PATAK'S Mango Chutney 15 mL
  • Cooked rice, or Naan bread
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro 15 mL


Preparation
  1. Heat oil and brown chicken. Add onions and sauté until translucent.
  2. Add curry paste, water and tomatoes. Cover and simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Stir in mango chutney; serve over rice or with Naan bread. Garnish with cilantro.
