Bâtonnets de pizza au Parmesan

ingredient
  • 1 1/2 cup (375 ml) grated Canadian Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tsp (10 ml) Italian seasonings
  • 1/2 tsp (2 ml) garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 pre-cooked 9-inch (22.5 cm) pizza crusts
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) melted butter
  • Pizza sauce


Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C). In bowl, mix Canadian Parmesan cheese, Italian seasonings and garlic powder. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Sprinkle mixture over bottom of baking dish.
  2. Cut both pizza crusts into 5 x 1 inch (12.5 x 2.5 cm) sticks. Soak sticks in melted butter and coat generously with parmesan mixture. Place sticks in buttered baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and arrange on canapé platter. Pour pizza sauce into small bowl and place at the centre of platter as a dip
