- 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 boneless pork loin chop, cut about 1 inch thick (5 oz.)
- 2 teaspoons green onions, chopped
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup pomegranate juice
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Grill or bake pork chops. To bake pork chops, preheat oven to 350°F and cook for about 1 hour or until pork chops are tender and no longer pink.
- Serve hot.
