Korean Beef Skewers
  • 1/4 cup Kraft Asian Sesame Dressing
  • 2 Tbsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 Tbsp. minced gingerroot
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 beef flank steak (1 lb./450 g)
  • 1 tsp. Sriracha sauce (hot chili sauce)
  • 1 tsp. sesame seed
  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced

Korean Beef Skewers
  1. Mix first 5 ingredients in medium bowl. Reserve 3 Tbsp. dressing mixture. Cut steak across the grain into 20 slices, each about 1/4 inch thick. Add to remaining dressing mixture; toss to coat. Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.
  2. Remove meat from marinade; discard marinade. Thread meat onto 20 skewers; place on baking sheet.
  3. Broil 4 to 6 min. or until medium doneness. Meanwhile, mix chili sauce and reserved dressing mixture.
