Croustillants de fromage fondant à la pâte phyllo

Ingredients
  • 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) butter, melted
  • 8 sheets of phyllo dough
  • 10 oz (300 g) goat feta cheese
  • 2 tsp.(10 mL) honey
  • 2 eggs


Preparation
  1. Mix the feta cheese with eggs.
  2. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
  3. Brush a sheet of phyllo with melted butter.
  4. Lay second sheet over it.
  5. Cut dough into 4 pieces and place in the center of each a little cheesy.
  6. Drizzle with 1/2 tsp. (2.5 mL) of honey.
  7. Close the dough over the cheese by pressing the top to form a bundle, a twist or roll.
  8. Place dumplings on a cookie sheet and bake until gold.
  9. Serve hot.
