Filets de doré barbecue

Ingredients
  • 4 walleye fillets, skin removed
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup BBQ chips
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Butter


Preparation
  1. Clean and dry the walleye fillets.
  2. Pass in flour and then in beaten egg.
  3. finely crush enough barbecue chips to coat the threads.
  4. Heat a little oil and butter in equal amounts in a pan.
  5. Brown fillets on both sides in the melted fat, and serve.
