Ingredients- 4 walleye fillets, skin removed
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup BBQ chips
- 1 tablespoon Oil
- 1 tablespoon Butter
Preparation- Clean and dry the walleye fillets.
- Pass in flour and then in beaten egg.
- finely crush enough barbecue chips to coat the threads.
- Heat a little oil and butter in equal amounts in a pan.
- Brown fillets on both sides in the melted fat, and serve.
