Igredients
  • 1 (250 g) package cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) salsa
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) prepared yellow mustard
  • 1 (5.5 oz/156 g) can Maple Leaf® Flakes of Ham (drained and flaked)
  • 4 Dempster's® Tortillas (plain or spinach flavoured)
  • 1/4 cup (50 mL) chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup (50 mL) finely chopped cucumber
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) finely chopped red pepper
  • 3 cups (750 mL) baby spinach leaves (stems removed)


Preparation
  1. Combine cream cheese, salsa and mustard in a medium bowl.
  2. Add flaked ham, green onions, cucumber and red pepper. Stir to combine.
  3. Divide mixture among 4 tortillas and spread evenly. Top with a layer of spinach leaves and roll tightly.
  4. Cut in half crosswise.

TIPS For easy entertaining, slice each roll crosswise into 1/2-inch (1 cm) pinwheels.
