• 1 cup (250 mL) sour cream
• 1/4 cup (50 mL) finely chopped fresh chives or green onions
• 1 pinch each salt and cayenne pepper

1. In small bowl, stir together sour cream, chives, salt and cayenne pepper. (Make-ahead: Refrigerate in airtight container for up to 5 days.)
