Ingredients- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) plain yogurt or plain mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. (5 mL) lemon juice
- 1 to 2 pinches oregano
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) canned tuna, in water
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) low-fat cream cheese
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) finely chopped onion
- 2 lightly toasted NYNY POM Sliced Sesame Seed Bagels
- 2 lettuce leaves
- 2 slices of tomato
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) Feta cheese, crumbled
- Pepper to taste
Preparation- In a bowl, mix the first six ingredients together. Cover each bagel half with a lettuce leaf. Add the tuna mixture, pepper, and one tomato slice on each bagel half.
- Spoon crumbled Feta cheese in the centre of each bagel. Cover with the other bagel half. Serve with raw vegetable sticks.
