• ¼ cucumber, peeled (approx. 6 to 8 cm)
• 60 ml plain yogurt
• 60 ml sour cream
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 2 ml dried dill
• Pinch salt

1. Grate cucumber, then place in cheese cloth or paper towel and press to squeeze out liquid. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and beat together until smooth. Serve.
