• 6 raspberries
• 1 long zest of lime
• 3 canned litchi
• 45 ml (3 tbsp) pure litchi juice
• 30 ml (1 oz) raspberry vodka
• ice cubes

1. Purée litchi, raspberries and lime zest with a mortar and pestle. Pour mixture into a shaker. Add litchi juice, vodka and a few ice cubes and shake vigorously.
2. Filter and pour into a frosted martini glass. If you wish, garnish each glass with one litchi and one raspberry.
