ingredient- 1/4 cup (60 m) powdered onion
- 2 Tbsp. (30 m) garlic powder
- 4 tsp. (20 m) dried thyme
- 2 tsp. (10 m) allspice
- 1/2 tsp. (2.5) nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. (2.5 m) ground cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp. (15 m) sugar
- 2 tsp. (10 m) ground black pepper
- 1 tsp. (5 m) cayenne pepper
Preparation- Coat the meat with the blend.
