Ingredient- 1/4 cup (60 mL) butter*
- 1 1/2 cups (375 mL) 35% cream
- 3/4 cup (180 mL) grated fresh Parmesan
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation- In a pan, melt butter in cream. Scald and remove from heat. Add cheese and return pan to heat. Simmer, stirring constantly until cheese melts and the sauce thickens. Season to taste.
