Ingredient
  • 1 1/4 cups (310 mL) brown sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. (45 mL) maple syrup*
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) flour*
  • 1 1/2 cups (375 mL) whipping cream
  • Pinch salt
  • 1 pie shell*


Preparation
  1. In a saucepan, mix first 5 ingredients.
  2. Bring to a boil and reduce heat. Cook, stirring, over medium heat about 10 min. until mixture thickens. Cool 10 min.
  3. Preheat oven to 350°F/180°C.Pour mixture into pie shell and bake 25 min.
