Ingredient- 2 lb (1 kg) split chicken wings
- 4 tsp (20 mL) PC 100% Pure Safflower Oil
- PC Chinese Five-Spice Blend Grinder
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) PC Chicken & Rib Barbecue Sauce
Preparation- Preheat barbecue to medium heat.
- In bowl, toss chicken wings with oil. Grind Five-Spice over them. Toss. Place on grill. Close lid. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes per side or until golden and cooked through.
- Place wings in clean bowl. Add barbecue sauce; toss to coat. Serve garnished with additional Five-Spice, if desired.
