Marinade ::: Citrus, Fennel and Herb Marinade

ingredients
  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced crosswise
  • 1 small fennel bulb, thinly sliced
  • 3 garlic cloves, crushed and peeled
  • 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 5 rosemary sprigs
  • 5 sage sprigs
Preparation
  1. Mix all your ingredients in a bowl and cover up your piece of meat, let it in the refrigerator for 5 to 6 hours before cooking.
