ingredients- 1 lemon, thinly sliced crosswise
- 1 small fennel bulb, thinly sliced
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed and peeled
- 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 5 rosemary sprigs
- 5 sage sprigs
Preparation- Mix all your ingredients in a bowl and cover up your piece of meat, let it in the refrigerator for 5 to 6 hours before cooking.
